Report not showing text in 11.5 Web Viewer - empty browser window

Issue/Introduction

Reports had expired from CA View database due to ERO default. Changed ERO table and ran SARTDR utility to add the reports. They show in TSO but in Web Viewer it just shows blank pages.

Resolution

customer noted that after re-running the tape job using SARTAPE instead of SARDPLX corrected the problem and users are now seeing their report data. DRAS was showing that the report data was not accessible with an error code that 11.5 Web Viewer was not handling properly.
