Communication error deploying probes on robot

Issue/Introduction

I am unable to deploy any probe on the robot . I am getting this error : inst_pkg failed: communication error.

Cause

This error is usually seen if the needed ports are not open bidirectionally and/or if there is a firewall blocking communication.

Resolution

Open ports bi-directionally and ensure no firewall blocking communication.
