No access to WEbserices using Performance Center host rest url

Issue/Introduction

The http://PC_host:8181/pc/center/rest is not working after enabling SSL

-Error message " This site can't be reached" 

Environment

All releases

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

When enabling SSL on a Performance Center, the port changes from 8181 to 8182

Resolution

Change the path to https://PC_host:8182/pc/center/rest
