AWA: Unable to edit workflows even though the User has full permissions

When opening the workflows, and clicking on the workflow tab, the objects within the workflow are not visible. When looking at the user permissions, the user has all authorizations and privileges, user is also admin on ARA side.

If the user has full permissions, it is most likely the user object is corrupted. Create a new user object with the same permissions from scratch with the same permissions, and check if the workflows are visible.
If that does not resolve the issue, check the permissions on the user and a user group/groups the user may be a part of. If a user has full permissions and you still have an issue with the user, clear your browser cache and restart AWI. If that does not help, open a case with Automic Support.
