Issue/Introduction

CA Identity Manager (IM) components often need to be patched to add enhancements or address code defects.  Details of the latest cumulative patches can be found in the CA IM  product documentation.

Is there a way to identify which patch sets have been installed\deployed?

Environment

Release : 14.x

Component :
IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)
IdentitySuite(Identity Manager Suite)

Resolution

To identify the Cumulative Patches

(a) On-Premise deployment

(i) From the IM UI, once logged in, click about at the bottom of the screen and confirm the exact CP

(ii) Alternatively, look for cp-version.txt (this should be under \standalone\deployments\iam_im.ear\config\com\netegrity\config)

(b) If you are running the Virtual Appliance (vApp), from the vApp dashboard select help and scroll all the way down to see the patches which have been deployed?
