Upgraded the Domain Manager from R14 SP2 to SP3 and found that CIC not upgraded to 14.0 SP3 version . Any specific steps required o upgrade CIC to 14.0 Sp3 version ?

Resolution

CIC has not got new builds since r14 SP1. So the version of CIC remains same across all the Client auto versions since SP1. The version will remain older with number 14.0.2000.0199.
