Clarity Notifications/action items have an additional header/footer post upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After Upgrade to CA PM 15.7.1 we have noticed noticiations have extra wording:

1. "Clarity PPM" is now showing at the top/header of the notification
2. Broadcom Copyright text is located in the footer of thenotification

• In prior releases, we were able modify "union.copyright" sytanx to blank to remove
• However in the new Clarity new version we have modified the file, but still we are getting the action item / notification with the above wording.

Release : 15.7.1

Component : CA PPM COLLABORATION (DOC & ACTION ITEMS)

Resolution

1. The Clarity PPM reference at the top and the copyright info at the bottom for Broadcom are no longer able to removed.
2. Below are custom notifications limitations as referenced at: Configure Notifications and Notification Templates

• There is no restore option to reset the default notification format.
• The appearance of Clarity PPM in the header and the Broadcom copyright text in the footer is fixed and cannot be changed.
• Notification formatting is only for email notifications.
