Message: Fiscal periods of the requested period type for the plan duration do not exist

Issue/Introduction

When opening Modern UX > Projects > project > Staff, the message appears:

Fiscal periods of the requested period type for the plan duration do not exist

Environment

Clarity 15.6.1+

Resolution

The message will appear if the fiscal time period, e.g. Monthly time periods, are not created.

Check the Administration > Finance > Settings > Entity > Fiscal Time Periods to check if the periods have been created and activated.

Check that the time period being selected works

This can also happen if the quarterly periods are not at all defined in the entity.
