Issue/Introduction

Information about SMB v1 enabled/disabled is not inventoried by default in ITCM.
But it is possible to add this information using a DMS script which generates a MIF file.

Environment

All version of Client Automation.

Resolution

Attached file smbv1.dms is an example of DMS script doing this.

1- In DSM Explorer create an Asset Job of type script. Give it a name

2- In script tab put the content of file smbv1.dms

3- In Scheduling options, in tab Miscellaneous, check option "This job is allowed to run unattended"

4- Assign this job to computers or group of computers

5- When AM Agent is executed on the machines, an additional inventory SMBv1 is created
