Calculating project violation through workflow instead of ttv_nxd

Issue/Introduction



The Projected Violation is calculated through ttv_nxd process every 60 seconds (by default).
Instead of using a specific process (ttv_nxd) to calculate the Project Violation every 60 seconds (by default), is there a way to do that after the ticket creation through ticket creation workflow, in order to make possible to visualize the Project Violation few seconds after submitting the ticket? From the customer perspective, end users have to know the project violation quickly, because it is important in order to help them to plan their workload. If they do not know just after submitting the ticket, end users have perform additional tasks (ex. refreshing screens or opening tickets again) to know when the violation occurs.

No, this is something that we don't offer out the box. This needs customization which should be done by CA Services.
