iDash 12.1 Search results exceeded maximum threshold, 5000 jobs are fetched

Issue/Introduction

Installed iDash Release 12.1 and added 3 Autosys instances

More than 50k jobs in the environment.

Creating report via Web Ui and when filtering getting a message saying, search results exceeded maximum threshold, 5000 jobs are fetched

Tried changing the values in idash.config and restarted iDash Service to let changes take effect but still getting the popup for 5000 threshold. 


# The size of resources sent to EEM in a call; default 1000

idash.server.eem.fetch.size=10000

 

# The timeout value in seconds for find jobs; default 30

idash.server.eem.fetch.timeout=300

 

# The timeout value in seconds for report data; default 100

idash.server.eem.report.fetch.timeout=1000

Resolution

The maximum filtered job names is 5000 and is not configurable.
The results can be narrowed by:
1. using the job name filter (full  name, or a partial name with an asterisk) like  PayrollJob*, Payroll*, rollJob, or  *roll
2. Job properties filters (left panel)
