1. If the users are financially enabled, the resource ID can't be changed.
2. If they aren't yet financially enabled, then it's okay to remove the apostrophe (https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/external/article?articleId=8435)
- To remove the ' / apostrophe:
- Go to Home->Resourcess
- Filter on Resource/Role ID of *'*
- Then you can update all the desired resources on the list view that are not financially enabled to remove the ' from the ID
- Save Changes
- XOG may also be able to be used to XOG out the resources, remove the apostrophes, and XOG the resources back in (only if the resource isn't financially enabled
