Sporadically Agents in AWI shown as inactive while in reality it is running

Issue/Introduction

In AWI an Agent is shown as down but in reality is up and running.

In the Java GUI the agent does show as up.

This happens sporadically.

Release : 12.3.x

Component : Automic Web Interface (AWI)
