Resolution

In general, minor OS versions are supported (e.g. all of 7.x), but major ones requires validation from Development/QA.

At the time of writing this Article, test and validation of RedHat 8.x support are not completed.
Validation for RHEL 8 is in progress by Development and QA, but as of now, there is no confirmed timelines.
