Issue/Introduction

Internet Explorer (IE) does not render images in the login page for Service Catalog

Environment

Release : 17.2

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

1. Change the image format to jpg using an image editor

2. Change logon.css to point to the jpg file

3. Stop Catalog services > Remove data from USM_HOME/view/translets > Remove cache from browser.

4. Start Catalog Services
