AWA 12.3.1: Every item in the daily schedules went to “ENDED_TIMEOUT - start time exceeded” after AE was down for a day or longer

Issue/Introduction

Automation Engine was  down for some time (hours to days), and after it was restarted, every item in the daily schedules went to “ENDED_TIMEOUT - start time exceeded”

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Defect: Turnaround calculation is one day into the future.

Resolution

This is recognized as a bug and is fixed in the following versions:

Automation.Engine 12.4.0 (Planned release 2020-09-30),
Automation.Engine 12.3.2 - released 
Automation.Engine 12.2.6 (Planned release 2020-06-15)

Workaround: restarting the schedules.
