Clarity PPM - Error running reports in Advanced Reporting due to missing theme templates

Issue/Introduction

Errors such as the following are thrown in Advanced Reporting when trying to run reports:

Repository file resource /ca_ppm/templates/reportStyleTemplate_ca_ppm_tealgrey could not be loaded 
Repository file resource /ca_ppm/templates/reportStyleTemplate_ca_ppm_ppm_newux could not be loaded

Cause

This is caused by missing template files in Advanced Reporting, for specific UI Themes configured in Clarity PPM. You can verify which files are missing by navigating to Advanced Reporting -> View -> Repository -> CA PPM -> Templates. The file being mentioned in the error would not be present here.

Resolution

Check on other systems that you have access to, for the missing template files. Export these files from that system, and import into the system that is throwing the error.
