Issue/Introduction

System has been IPL'd for the implementation of z/OS 2.3 (from 2.2) and noticed an issue with SOLVE’s PPI connection.

 

The following message is displayed -

+RCIS02 PPI INTERFACE INACTIVE, SVCI TO RETRY IN 1 MINUTE.  

PPI is provided by SOLVE’s subsystem interface and this has initialised OK. No changes were made to the SSI.
