The policy_management queue on secondary hub probe is in yellow / not connected

Issue/Introduction

The policy_management queue has been created in secondary hub probe for some reason.
However, the queue is in yellow status and has no queued or sent message.

Environment

Release : UIM 20.x

Component : UIM - INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

Resolution

The policy_management queue is used for creating alarm policies when Enhanced templates are created in the OC
This means that this queue should only exist on the primary hub (and NOT on any secondary hubs) since we only officially support the OC configured to connect to the primary hub.

So the queue can be deleted from the secondary hub.

1.Open hub probe GUI on the secondary hub
2.Delete policy_management queue under Queues tab
