Caused by: org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault:

Error occurred while running a RIB query on SQL RIB source.

  Possible reason: java.lang.NullPointerException

Query:..............

Environment

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Cause

Due an issue in NFA where if a user deletes an interface or device from NFA, it does not sync to CAPC. This creates an inventory issue where CAPC still expects the item to be in its inventory but it is not.

Resolution

When this occurs, perform a FULL synchronization from CAPC to NFA. This process can take a little while depending on your environment size. Once a successful NFA full sync has occurred, CAPC will show the graphs without error.
