Issue/Introduction

Synchronize Agile Central error in bg-agl.logs referencing:
java.io.IOException: 400
projmgr.COULD_NOT_LOCK_PROJECT_UPDATE
PRJ-07002: Update operation failed. The project cannot be locked.

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases
Component : CA PPM SAAS RALLY

Cause

This is due to the project being locked including via OWB or MSP if the project is opened within the scheduler.

Resolution

Unlock the impacted projects - this can be done by the user who locked the project or an Administrator for Clarity.
