As part of the PPM upgrade, any Failed instances of the Load Data Warehouse job need to be removed from the job logs. The database shows that there are failed instances of this job, but they are not listed under the Job - Log page for the user who the job was run/scheduled by nor for any other user.
How can these Failed instances be deleted from the Log page?

The job logs for the Load Data Warehouse job instances with a Failed status can be deleted by either:
1. Deleting the corresponding job from the Jobs - Scheduled page OR
2. If the job is still in either Scheduled or Paused status, an additional user can be added to the Shared section of the job properties tab and this user will then have access to view and delete the logs from the Jobs - Log page.
The job logs will no longer be visible to the user who ran/scheduled the job originally if that user no longer has the Job - Creator (right) right over the job.
