iDash 11.4 Admin tool performance

Issue/Introduction

Since upgrading our production iDash environment to 11.4 we have noticed that the Admin tool is slow to launch taking around 120 seconds to log in. Previously it only took a few seconds. 

 

Are there any known reasons for this?

Resolution

In $IDASH_HOME/etc/idash.conf file, update the property: idash.server.db.test.host.reachable=false.

This will resolve  AutoSys connections errors which are the cause of this problem.
