SSCAN and Spring time change

Issue/Introduction

Our scheduling team has concerns that a SSCAN might be skipped if during the time change, that we spring past the next SSCAN time.

Is this an issue that we need to worry about? 

Environment

Release : 11.3, 12.0, 12.1

Component : CA-7

Resolution

There are no problem with daylight savings time and setting the time forward. SSCAN will not miss any jobs because it is already ahead anyway. So, just let CA 7 run as usual.
