PDA Job Failed with -551, ERROR: PTI DOES NOT HAVE THE PRIVILEGE TO PERFORM

Issue/Introduction

PDA job failed with the following message:     

DSNT408I SQLCODE = -551, ERROR:  PTI DOES NOT HAVE THE PRIVILEGE TO  

         PERFORM OPERATION SELECT ON OBJECT ZBQSTSOS.PDA_OVERRIDE_T

Release : 20.0

Component : CA Database Analyzer for DB2 for z/OS

Resolution

To resolve this problem follow these steps:

1- Modify the PLANOWN parameter in the SETUPxx member to an existing SYSADM ID.

2-  Make sure packages RAACATA, RAACATP, and RAACATS are bound with the DYNAMICRULES (BIND) option.

3- Rerun the job after completing the first two(2) steps.
