Issue/Introduction

Relevant scenarios:

1. Is it possible to refresh a non-production Jaspersoft DB, from that of the Production system, in SaaS?
2. Custom Jaspersoft reports that were present in Production, are not present in a non-production system (Dev, Test, QA etc.), after requesting for a non-production environment refresh

Resolution

Any environmental refresh request as per the following document, will deal with refreshing only the PPM / DWH schema. It will not deal with the Jaspersoft DB schema.

• Refresh a Clarity SaaS environment (with database backup)

Jaspersoft DB schema from Production cannot be refreshed to non-production in SaaS. To move Jaspersoft custom reports (content) between the environments, please use the Import / Export method.
