The first thing to attempt with behaviors such as this is to prompt a FULL synchronization with CAPC and the NFA Data Source. This can be done within the CAPC Data Sources window after selecting the NFA Data Source.
This issue should be fully resolved in DX NetOps NFA 21.2.2.
