Inconsistent permissions are required to create dashboards:
If a user tries to create a dashboard via "+ Add Dashboard", the user needs read permission for object name "DASH" and type "DASH".
However, the user can create a new dashboard via "Process Assembly" without this right.

U00004519 Access violation details: Used filter: 'DASH/DASH//////' .
U00004505 Access violation: User: 'TESTER/TEST' Object: 'DASH' Access type: 'R' Reason: prohibition in authorization profile: 'TESTER/TEST'.
This is a defect caused by the AWI query performed in the Home Menu.
