Can't connect to IT Asset Manager after changing the port number.

We changed the port being used under System Configuration - Application server. After changing the port APM gave an error when connecting: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

It Asset Manager does not make the port available in IIS. Go into Internet Information Services Manager. Verify the APM Website has the correct ports available under Bindings.
