SDM: Log message seen for "too many processes"

Issue/Introduction

SDM Startup presents with this message in the stdlog:

02/10 18:04:09.04 SDM-SERVER proctor_SRES-SDMP   31464 ERROR        agt_slump_if.c         704 You have too many processes defined for this server.  Please move some of your processes to another Secondary Server.  MAXIMUM_WAIT_OBJECTS: 64 Wait Objects: 65 Exiting...

Need to know what this message means and what to do about it.

Environment

Release : 17.1

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

This message is coming from the Proctor process and from agt_slump_if.c file.  It then proceeds to shutdown sql_agents to compensate.

After further testing, the error message appears when there are more than four webengines configured per server, regardless of the amount of domsrvrs.
