Unable to promote package/SQL error

Issue/Introduction

Our Harvest Administrator is getting errors (SQL) and unable to promote packages (merge and build):

E03020003: Database error [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Could not allocate a new page for database 'harvest' because of insufficient disk space in filegroup 'PRIMARY'. Create the necessary space by dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.
SQLSTATE=37000.

Environment

Release : 13.x, 14.x

Component : CA Harvest Software Change Manager

Cause

The error message is telling us that either the database server is running out of disk space or the Harvest database is not set to automatically expand.  

Resolution

Recommend to contact the DBA to investigate the error message and resolve any problems found with the database server.
