Issue/Introduction

After application of RMF7098, which provides support for the Version 5 counter values in the SMF type 113  subtypes 1 and 2 records created by z/OS LPARs running on IBM z14 Central Processing Complexes (CPCs), the DAY020 step of the DAILY operational job failed with a U0999 in the DAY020 step with a U0999 and the following error in the SASLOG:

ERROR: Cannot %INCLUDE member RMFHIS in the aggregate SOURCE.      
WARNING: Apparent invocation of macro CMT1RET not resolved.        
WARNING: Apparent invocation of macro CMT2RET not resolved.        
WARNING: Apparent invocation of macro CMT3RET not resolved.        
WARNING: Apparent invocation of macro CMT4RET not resolved.        
WARNING: Apparent invocation of macro CMT5RET not resolved.

Resolution

Source member RMFHIS is created within the RMFGENMC macro which is executed as part of running sp.CNTL(RMFCGEN).  
Step 8 of the RMF7098 installation checklist advises to run the sp.CNTL(RMFCGEN) job.   
Run the RMFCGEN job to build the RMFHIS source member and then restart the DAILY operational job in the DAY020 step.
