Issue/Introduction

When attempting to upload an action pack, the following error is displayed:

CONTENT.xml file not found.

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

The actions packs are uploaded via the downloaded .zip file, not the unzipped contents. Please make sure you are attempting to upload the .zip directly.

If you are and are still experiencing this issue, please contact Support and state you have attempted to upload the .zip and which action pack it is.
