Issue/Introduction

The CPU usage and Average Request Latency are way off the correct numbers.

Resolution

New fix provided. We have fixed the high latency and rolled a solution.

The maximum value of latency is 30 minutes. If the latency is more than 30 minutes, then the value is displayed as -1.

The high latency issue fix is only in the SDK, the customer has to use the latest iOS/Android SDK to wrap the application and does not need to make any code changes in their application.
