Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to configure an iDash SLA where it will not send alerts when the target job for the SLA is placed ON_HOLD/ON_ICE?

There is not a way to configure iDash to automatically suspend SLA alerts when the target job for the SLA is ON_HOLD/ON_ICE. There are two manual options to prevent SLA alerts in this scenario...

1. Temporarily disable the alerts within the SLA definition.

2. Temporarily disable the SLA completely.
