How to check alarms on IM in a secure environment

Issue/Introduction

In a secure environment, the 

Alarm Window

 section (

View, Alarm Window

) does not open in Infrastructure Manager (IM) on Unified Infrastructure Management (UIM) Primary Server.

Environment

UIM : 9.x or above.

Resolution

Here are two solutions.

One of them is installing IM on any secondary hub and pointing the alarm window to nas probe on the primary hub, as described at the link below.

Another is using Alarm Subconsole, instead of Alarm Console. Alarm Subconsole can be launched from [Applications] tree > [Alarm Subconsole] in Console tab of IM. This resolution can work in IM on the UIM Primary Server.
