Getting "WAITING_TO_CONNECT" messages deploying software.

Issue/Introduction

Deployment of packages through 1 scalability server is failing and thier are messages of "WAITING_TO_CONNECT".

Environment

Client Automation - All Versions

Cause

This error can be caused by the data transport transfer agent (dtsagent) not running on the scalability server.

Resolution

Run "caf status" from a DOS prompt on the Scalability server to verify if dtsagent is running or not.

Run "caf start" to start the service if it is not running.
