Issue/Introduction

Planning to deploy CA Common Services 15.0 (upgrade from 14.1) without an IPL. The documentation states that:

"..if the ENFPARM control option to record events is specified as RECORD(YES), ensure that you run AW1IMPRT to update the database with CCS 15.0 PLAN before you start ENF."

If we need to fall-back to 14.1, what back-out would we need to follow for the above action?

Environment

Release : 15.0

Component : CCS390 - CA COMMON SERVICES FOR Z/OS

Resolution

There is no action necessary as it pertains to AW1IMPRT if a backout was needed.
The new plan that is required for CCS 15.0 has a different name and coexists in that database with previous names. So, both plans will be available no matter what release is started.
