Issue/Introduction

We have installed APM 10.7 Weblogic agent. The server is hosting 3 applications running on Weblogic 10.3 and it seems that one of them is facing some issues.

We found that the below error message is displayed many times in IntroscopeAgent.working__server.log

"Exception finishing method tracer com.wily.powerpack.webservices.extension.agent.trace.weblogic.hc2.AsyncFaultTracer actual trace for com.sun.xml.ws.client.AsyncResponseImpl.set"

Is this any type of bug with APM  agent? How to fix this issue.

Environment

Application Performance Management 10.7 Agent release.

Resolution

According to autoprobe log, we find the following information about the tracer (com.wily.powerpack.webservices.extension.agent.trace.weblogic.hc2.AsyncFaultTracer):

IdentifyClassAs: com.sun.xml.ws.client.AsyncResponseImpl WL_JAXWS_CLIENT_ASYNC_RESP_TRACING

Turning off the following tracer should help. This tracer exist in webservices.pbd.

TurnOn: WL_JAXWS_CLIENT_ASYNC_RESP_TRACING
