Integrated Oneclick server to CABI Jaspersoft, after integration the SSO does not work.
Unable to login jaspersoft directly from OneClick Administrator page, need to enter credentials.
DX NetOps Spectrum Release : 20.2 or later
CABI JasperServer 6.4.3 or later
The timestamp of spectrum.jks
& spectrum.properties
files are NOT the same in SRM & Jasper server.
First you can try disabling and re-enabling SSO integration and check login behavior.
If SSO is enabled but still not working, verify the timestamp of spectrum.jks
& spectrum.properties
files in same in the below locations of SpectroSERVER & Jasper Server.
a. $SPECROOT/tomcat/webapps/spectrum/repmgr/admin
b. $CABI_INSTALL_DIR/apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver-pro/WEB-INF/config
If not same, then copy both files from location a -> b
and restart Jasper server.

Step 5. Using the command prompt, run the following command: $CABI_INSTALL_DIR/java/bin/java -jar <spectrumConfigInstaller.jar
PATH>/spectrumConfigInstaller.jar -install
