Agents disconnect with 'U02003044 Invalid 'read' call, socket 'AUTPROD#CP001'. Error code: ('104' - 'Connection reset by peer')'

Cause

Network/router/load balancer 

Resolution

Error code: ('104' - 'Connection reset by peer') is coming from the OS. This occurs when a packet is sent from your end of the connection but the other end does not recognize the connection; it will send back a packet with the RST bit set in order to forcibly close the connection.
Most likely cause is firewall/router/load balancer or other active network device closes the session due to inactivity. This can only be diagnosed by network traffic analysis, and is out of Supports' scope.
