Suddenly batch failing on UJMA Agent server

CA Unicenter Job Management Option

Issue/Introduction

 UJMA Agent has suddenly stopped allowing batch submission. All jobs are failing with R-JCLERR in CA7

The following is from the Agent Logs on the server...

.CASH_I_0039 Checkpoint restarting at (GMT) 01/26/2020 05.37.39 for node PAID   02/10/2020 10.24.10

.CASH_I_0120 Submitting CA7 DTESTXPJ 6333 0000 at node   (from node CA71SYS1)   02/10/2020 10.30.20

.CASH_E_0148 CA7 DTESTXPJ 6333 0000 from node CA71SYS1 Submission failed, reason = WARNING - Unknown user ca7mngr   02/10/2020 10.30.20

Cause

Doing a chown recursive to the Agent install directory from root to the ca7 account is what caused the problem

Environment

Release : 11.2 SP2 CUM1 

Component : UNICENTER UNIVERSAL JOB MANAGEMENT AGENT

Resolution

 Changing ownership back to root resolved the problem.
