NFA Flow Forensic Reports empty

Issue/Introduction

Some Flow Forensic Reports show no data although there should be some.  

In the past these reports did deliver data.

Is there any limitation hat would explan this behaviour?

When we choose a time range greater than 4 hours a message is received that it might take some time.
When choosing a time range of 4 days there is no data displayed.

Sometimes it can take hours before an error is seen.

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Resolution

Flow forensics data is only stored for 24-48 hours. It is also raw data.

1) Attempting to pull a historical FF report (a week ago, for example) will return no data
2) FF is raw data and attempting to create a report that is larger than a few hours will result in a timeout due to the incredible amount of data the system is trying to aggregate.
