Obtaining Mainframe LMP license keys on the Broadcom Support Portal

Issue/Introduction

This article provides step-by-step instructions for locating and downloading Mainframe LMP license keys via the Broadcom Support Portal.

Resolution

To obtain your LMP license keys, follow these steps: 

 

1. Log in to the Broadcom Support Portal

     2. Navigate to My Entitlements:

• • From the main dashboard, click the My Entitlements tile.
  • Select your Company Name and Site ID
    • Important: If you have access to multiple Site IDs, ensure the correct Site ID is selected in the dropdown menu. 
  • Locate your specific Product (e.g. CA 1, Gen, Endevor) in the list.
  • Click the Licenses Icon. You will be redirected to the Licensing page. 

    3. View and Copy Keys:

• • Navigate to the License Keys tab.
  • Use the Copy Key button to retrieve your license key. 

Additional Information

• Note: Only automated keys are currently displayed in this area. Our internal IT team is working on an enhancement to ensure that all LMP keys, including both automated and manually generated keys, will be available in this location in the future.
• Contract Renewals: New LMP license keys become available automatically under the Site ID once a renewal contract is officially booked and active in the system.
