All Data Collectors show Green Normal state. Despite this issues are showing with attempts to rediscover Metric Families and devices not showing data in the UI.
The Data Collector is running.
Running sample snmpget or snmpwalk commands from the affected Data Collectors command line, independent of Data Collector code, are successful. Neither devices nor the network appear to be the cause of the timeout failures.
Assumed cause is resource issues seen on Data Repository and Data Aggregator systems at the time this problem was observed. No true root cause was identified before the systems were all restarted which resolved the problem.
