Unix Agent restart sets the "out" and "temp" directories to mode 0777

Issue/Introduction

The agent directories "out" and "temp" are set to mode 1777 in accordance security requirements during installation on Unix servers (sticky bit t).

However from agent version v2.1.5 or v12.2.2, the mode is reset to mode 0777 when the agent is restarted.
