Issue/Introduction

An issue has been identified with the CA Identity Manager (IM) Connector Server and JDBC data source with PostgreSQL data base and fields of type INT.

If you try to modify the value of the field, for example, from 0 to 1 you get the following error message:

User Account 'A12' on 'PHome' modification failed: Connector Server Modify failed: code 80 (OTHER-LdapNamingException): failed to modify entry: eTDYNAccountName=A12,eTDYNAccountContainerName=Accounts,eTDYNDirectoryName=PharmaHome,eTNamespaceName=PHome,dc=im,dc=etasa: [email protected]: JDBC:  Bad SQL Grammar: ERROR: column "sospeso" is of type integer but expression is of type character varying  Hint: You will need to rewrite or cast the expression.  Position: 43 (ldaps://srvwin01.unipraxis.com:20411).

Resolution

A hotfix (HF+-+DE444427.zip) has been released which addresses this issue and is available upon request.

Additional Information

Hotfix needs to be deployed on top of 14.3 CP1
