Issue/Introduction

Seeing disconnect / missed hearbeat alarms on the gateway probe regularly

 

 

Environment

Release : 10.4

Component : Spectrum Integrations

Resolution

  1. Remove the spectrumgtw probe
  2. Deactivate the Spectrumgtw probe
  3. Delete the cache files UimScheduleCache.dat and SpectrumScheduleCache.dat files
  4. Restart the probe.
