CA View - SARDBASE RENAME Incomplete

The client ran a SARDBASE RENAME on a View database, and it changed the high-level qualifiers on only the index extents, and not the data extents.
There was an IGD17040I Error in DADSM processing on a particular volume.

The SARDBASE RENAME function failure due to control held by SMS volumes.
Instructed the client to use =3.4 to rename the extents back to their previous name.
The client changed the names, and was then able to access the database successfully.
