Check to make sure that the Cost Plan Details Time scale is set to 'Other Time Scale': Period Type
To fix this from the user side:1. On the Cost Plan detail tab for any cost plan in ideas, click on the gear / options icon on the right hand side
2. Click Configure
3. From the List Column Section drop down, click Fields
4. Click the properties icon next to the TSV field, which out of the box is named 'Amounts By Period'
5. On the right hand side under Time Scale, make sure that for Time Scale section, the radio button next to 'Other Time Scale' is selected, and from the drop down next to it Period Type is selected.
6. Click Save and Return and then Save and Return
To make this change for all users:1. Go to Administration->Objects->Cost Plan Detail
2. Click on the Views tab
3. Click on Fields next to 'Idea Cost Plan Detail'
4. Click the properties icon next to the TSV field, which out of the box is named 'Amounts By Period'
5. On the right hand side under Time Scale, make sure that for the Time Scale section, that the radio button next to 'Other Time Scale' is selected, and from the drop down next to Period Type is selected.
6. Save changes
Note:
- If a user has customized their view, they may not see this change reflected using the second option unless
- The user does a restore defaults from the Cost Plan Detail page
- Or you publish the change from the object side.
- Publishing the change though would reset all views for the users for any cost plan details views
